Our prices are based on quantity of modules in your pack and are nearly 50% cheaper than the national average.

RECONDITIONING PROCESS

Once we receive a hybrid battery we disassemble the battery down to just the modules, we then put each module through a deep reconditioning process. The process restores capacity and load tests each Individual module to determine durability and to eliminate weak or bad modules. The state of health of each module is recorded and put into our inventory

Balanced & Power tested: We then build your battery by grouping modules with the most similar capacity and characteristics in our inventory, To ensure you the healthiest battery possible. Once the pack is built we put the pack on our power tester which discharges the pack at high power (To simulate the large load your battery will go through when its powering your vehicle). Each module is then monitored during this high power discharge and will identify any weak modules that are not identified during lower power battery reconditioning processes. If any modules are detected they are swapped out and retested. Once complete we fully balance charge the system to make sure each cell is blends with the entire pack.
